A typical meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on the 18th of September, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the Association Hall. The meeting was fair, with several residents in attendance. The meeting was led by President Smith.

Previous meeting minutes were accepted. A discussion the new maintenance schedule impacting residents.

• Furthermore , the painting of building facade is progressing well, and we anticipate a wrap-up within the next couple of weeks.
